Delete your Cashflow OS account

Cashflow OS is made by S. P. Techno Solution Private Limited (SPTSPL). You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app.

In the app

1. Open Cashflow OS and sign in with your mobile number.
2. Tap your company name at the top to open Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

You are signed out straight away and the deletion cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account: mobile number, name, e-mail and sign-in sessions.
• Every company you are the only member of, with all the Tally data synced into it (ledgers, vouchers, outstanding bills, reports). The Tally Connector on your PC stops sending.
• Your membership of companies shared with other people. Those companies, and their data, stay for the other members.

The copy of your books on your own PC (kept by the Tally Connector) is not touched; uninstall the connector to remove it. Server backups that may hold your data are overwritten within 30 days.

No longer have the app?

E-mail [email protected] from any address with the subject “Delete my Cashflow OS account” and the mobile number you sign in with. We confirm it is your number, then delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.
